All new Emerald coaches are covered by both Emerald and Prevost warranties. The Prevost warranty covers the chassis and structure, including slide-outs, the powertrain, and all chassis and body electric systems. The Emerald warranty covers all the interior conversion equipment, materials and workmanship.

Each new Prevost shell for conversion comes with a full bumper-to-bumper, 24-month warranty, plus the Prevost exclusive Gold PASS 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance Program to handle all OEM warranty processing.
All replacement parts purchased and installed at a Prevost Parts and Service Center carry a one-year total satisfaction warranty, with the exception of certain regular maintenance service replacement parts. The Prevost service network includes seven Parts and Service Centers, and a team of field service managers strategically located to provide quality service wherever you need it – anywhere in North America.

Prevost services everything that comes in the original Prevost shell: the powertrain, the chassis and structure, including slide-outs, and all chassis and body electric systems.
Emerald service is as close as our 24/7 service hot line. If something goes wrong, just call that number – any time, anywhere. We will arrange to have the problem fixed, as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
In addition, our telemetry system for diagnostics provides online data to service technicians, who can monitor your coach’s diagnostic information, and sometimes even fix electronic problems internet.
