The Emerald warranty covers all the interior conversion equipment, materials and workmanship.

All replacement parts purchased and installed at a Prevost Parts and Service Center carry a one-year total satisfaction warranty, with the exception of certain regular maintenance service replacement parts. The Prevost service network includes seven Parts and Service Centers, and a team of field service managers strategically located to provide quality service wherever you need it – anywhere in North America.
